Job Description
As a SAP Logistics Operations Lead, you will be an integral part of the global SAP production support team, supporting some of the largest SAP systems globally. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, striving for operational excellence, ensuring vendor delivery and accountability, providing guidance to the vendor team, collaborating with other support teams, fostering business relationships, addressing business issues and system crises, communicating with relevant partners, driving continuous improvement, and leading special system activities. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth functioning of SAP logistics operations.
