invenioLSI is seeking a Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP Ariba to join our team supporting a UK-based client. This role involves contributing to ongoing S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and Application Management Services (AMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP MM processes and procurement management using SAP Ariba. Responsibilities include supporting procurement and inventory management processes, configuring and maintaining SAP MM, managing the integration between SAP Ariba and SAP MM, customizing and optimizing Ariba procurement workflows, ensuring smooth integration of MM with other SAP modules, leading the design and implementation of S/4HANA procurement solutions, providing support for SAP Ariba sourcing and procurement modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MM and Ariba, participating in SAP rollouts and new S/4HANA implementations, conducting gap analysis, collaborating with business users, process owners, and technical teams, supporting change management and user training, working closely with cross-functional teams, and assisting project teams in developing solutions and achieving project objectives.
Must have:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and SAP Ariba modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification.
- Expertise in SAP Ariba, covering supplier collaboration, Guided Sourcing, procurement workflows, Guided Buying, and catalog management.
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting SAP MM and SAP Ariba in an S/4HANA environment.
- Experience in S/4HANA logistics and procurement capabilities, with a focus on end-to-end processes.
- Knowledge of MM-SD integration, procurement-to-pay cycles, and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with AMS (Application Management Services) in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of Ariba-S/4HANA integration, Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), procurement-to-pay cycles, and logistics processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration business processes.
- Ability to perform detailed tasks and research to solve specific business challenges.
- Understands business functionality related to SAP MM and SAP Ariba and can identify touchpoints between modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex procurement and supply chain issues across MM and Ariba and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for S/4HANA.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to team members and client personnel.
- Proven ability to interpret client requirements and apply SAP best practices.
- Experience working in a team environment with strong problem-solving skills, time management, and collaboration abilities.
Good to have:
- SAP certifications in MM, S/4HANA, or Ariba would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
- Support procurement and inventory management processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoicing.
- Configure and maintain SAP MM to optimize procurement, material planning, and inventory management workflows.
- Manage the integration between SAP Ariba and SAP MM, ensuring seamless supplier collaboration and procurement activities.
- Customize and optimize Ariba procurement workflows, including Guided Buying, supplier collaboration, and sourcing activities.
- Ensure smooth integration of MM with other SAP modules, including FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), and SD (Sales and Distribution).
- Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA procurement solutions, focusing on source-to-pay processes.
- Provide support for SAP Ariba sourcing and procurement modules, ensuring accurate contract and supplier management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MM and Ariba, minimizing business disruption.
- Participate in SAP rollouts and new S/4HANA implementations, providing hands-on configuration and testing support.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in the SAP procurement landscape and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, process owners, and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.
- Support change management and user training to ensure adoption of new procurement processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate MM and Ariba with other modules, such as SD, FI, and CO.
