Usually, we are part of project teams responsible for the design and delivery of innovative and high-quality Business and Technology solutions for our clients in the Czech Republic and other European countries.

We are developing our skill sets not only when working with our clients but also in additional activities. We have six communities, where we learn about specific topics – New Technologies, Digital Strategy, Business Intelligence, SAP, Agile, ESG.

About your manager

Dan Smola leads the Technology Consulting team for SAP SuccessFactors. He dedicates his professional life to the implementation of information systems for Czech and international clients. When he's not at work, you can find him jogging or hiking in the mountains.

Job description & summary

Are you keen to grow your career in HR IT and further develop your competences in the field of HR processes, IT systems & technology solutions? Are you interested in the latest trends in HR IT? Do you want to help companies to transform the way they operate in HR?
You will be part of our global consulting team. You will be working with experienced consultants and architects focused on cloud based HR information systems implementation at local or large international clients.

You will communicate and work directly with clients, mainly HR people, in order to design processes, configure, implement and successfully launch HR solutions which help our clients meet their business goals.

On a daily basis, you should use your analytic, presentation, communication and organisational skills and further develop your knowledge and experience within HR systems, IT and HR processes.

Requirements of the role

• Interest in new technology trends and IT solutions.

• Knowledge and / or interest in HR processes, HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM.

• Willingness to implement new IT solutions.

• Analytical thinking.

• Fluent in Czech and English, German is an advantage.

• Willingness for ad-hoc international traveling.

• University degree.
