The role entails
Support our clients on the technical and functional everyday work of SAP software, Level1 Support;
Receives Tickets from customer.
Perform initial Ticket categorization.
Gathers all required information.
Provides feedback to Customer.
Work Closely with other support staff members.
Handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues and design of new business processes with the use of SAP’s best practices, Level2 Support;
Investigate Issues
Provides Root Cause Analysis
Provides Solution
Ticket Escalation / collaboration with 3rd level support
Collaborates with Customer
Assist Customer in Closing Procedures (based on training manuals)
Contribute actively to business development activities; enhancements to existing modules; preparing the necessary documentation, Level3 Support.
Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
Manage minor changes in systems (configurations, customizations)
Perform Proactive monitoring of SAP systems and propose actions
Customer Facing Role
Ability to work as part of a Team.
The successful candidate should have
University degree and preferably postgraduate studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience in SAP projects Implementation or support for junior positions
Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.
Relevant professional certifications in SAP will be considered an asset.
Module focus in any of the below: Material Management (MM), Financial accounting (FI / CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM) will be considered an asset
Any Technical or programming experience in SAP (BASIS or ABAP) will be considered an asset
Experience in the Banking or Energy sector will be considered an asset
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
