Job Description

The SCM Cluster Manager will support the Aptiv Saltillo cluster management team to achieve material and freight targets, improve quality with suppliers, and lead the SCM team. Responsibilities include booking savings, meeting budget, coordinating business moves, and supervising indirect material analysis. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, over 5 years of SCM experience, and proficiency in Business English.
Must have:
  • Support the Aptiv Saltillo cluster management team to achieve material and freight % of sales, material performance, quality and delivery
  • Book savings equal to or greater than target
  • Meet/beat monthly/annual material and freight budget
  • Improve quality with our suppliers and lead SCM team to closure of any cost recoveries
  • Represent SCM within the Saltillo cluster functional team to exceed financial commitments
  • Coordinate and verify tooling/manufacturing business moves and capacity supply plans between suppliers and Delphi operations
  • Supervise indirect material analyst function
  • Oversee miscellaneous SCM related special projects as required

  • Able to work at multiple levels of the organization, from Team Members on the Shop-floor to Senior Managers in the BGs, COs,
