We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Native + Android Developer (Hybrid) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing mobile applications using React Native and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create intuitive and functional mobile applications that align with our clients' goals and business objectives.

- Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements for our mobile applications.
- Have 1-3 years of years experience with React Native and Android development.
- Can write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native, JavaScript, Android and related technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness across a variety of devices and screen sizes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues as they arise, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, ensuring that our applications leverage the latest technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to technical discussions, share insights, and mentor junior developers as needed.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the applications are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before release.
