Job Description

DreamSetGo, a sports travel and experiences platform, is looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong technical skills. The role involves taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from design to deployment, building scalable and reusable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving complex issues. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience with Node.js/NestJS, 4+ years with React/React Native, and proven experience in solving large-scale system challenges. Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and AWS or other cloud platforms is essential. The developer will be expected to mentor fellow engineers and contribute directly to coding and architecture.

Technology

Node.js and React for scalable back-end and front-end development.

MySQL for reliable data management.

ElasticSearch for fast, efficient search capabilities.

Redis for high-performance caching.

This technology allows us to deliver real-time, personalized sports travel experiences with outstanding performance and reliability.

Your role

We are looking for a strong technical contributor who can actively engage in every stage of the development lifecycle, from design to production. Your focus will be on building and scaling features with hands-on coding, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from system design to deployment and monitoring.

Build scalable, reusable code, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.

Diagnose and resolve complex issues, optimizing platform performance.

Lead by example in solving problems and driving technical decisions, while also mentoring fellow engineers.

Develop and support microservice-based architecture in a distributed system.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js/NestJS .

4+ years working within the React/React Native ecosystems.

Proven experience solving complex, large-scale system challenges.

Strong experience with AWS or any cloud platform.

In-depth knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide engineers while contributing directly to coding and architecture.
