Job Description

The Software Engineer II will be responsible for implementing virtual assistant products for customers, working with a customizable product across multiple platforms. They will be part of an engineering pod, collaborating with project delivery teams and other core development teams. The role involves staying updated with product changes and additions, and occasionally interacting with clients. They need to be detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a group. The successful candidate should possess excellent technical skills and communication abilities, alongside problem-solving skills, to deliver exceptional experiences and stay at the forefront of AI innovation.
Must have:
  • Debugging and resolving issues experience
  • Experience in application development and code changes
  • Development experience in javascript(NodeJS)
  • Good understanding of software engineering principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Be highly motivated and a Go-Getter
  • Excellent team orientation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • Experience with Version Control systems preferably GIT
  • Good understanding of analyzing the logs
  • Good knowledge on application deployment
  • Knowledge of scripting language, eg: Python, shell script

  • Involved in product implementation is a plus
  • Exposure to core banking APIs (Optional)
  • Have exposure to AWS cloud or any cloud technologies.
  • Have exposure to Docker/Kubernetes (EKS)
  • Having work experience in a startup company
  • Ability to understand business problems and provide solutions

Software Engineer II to be responsible for implementing virtual assistant products to our customers. They will be exposed to a highly customizable product on multiple platforms that are configured/engineered differently for each customer. The Implementation Engineer will work on a pod of engineers, collaborating daily with a project delivery team. Additionally, they will work with Product Management and core development teams to keep apprised of additions and changes to the broad set of options. The successful candidate must be technically savvy, exceptionally detail-oriented, and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting. This role will occasionally interface directly with clients to manage questions and issues during a project.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience required - 2-4 Years

 

  1. Strong hands-on experience in debugging/ resolving issues.

  2. Should have exposure to application development and be able to perform code changes.

  3. Development experience in javascript(NodeJS) related technologies.

  4. Good understanding of software engineering principles

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  7. Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs no supervision.

  8. Need to have excellent team orientation skills. Good Communication Skills required.

  9. Ability to quickly learn and stay current with new technologies.

  10. Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad level requirements, deadlines, pressures etc.

  11. Experience with Version Control systems preferably GIT

  12. Good understanding of analyzing the logs.

  13. Good knowledge on application deployment.

  14. Involved in product implementation is a plus(Optional)
