Section Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Representing the company during business meetings with IM clients and maintaining constant contact with designated clients
• Verifying monthly settlements for clients
• Daily cooperation with Project Coordinators regarding clarifying project discrepancies, consulting modifications, SLA level in the project, monitoring team efficiency, and substantive support
• Arranging document transports to and from the DMS branch from other IM branches
• Analyzing and improving DMS processes and and tools to improve efficiency
• Performing commissioned tests of new business solutions
• Ongoing quality and cost control of implemented projects
• Preparing periodic and control reports regarding the section's work
• Independently setting work schedules for the subordinate team (including monitoring sick leave)
• Delegating tasks and granting authorizations to the subordinate team
• Coordinating the employee training process regarding project/process changes
• Effective employee motivation
• Conducting performance reviews with employees - in accordance with company strategy
• Conducting introductory training for new employees
• Resolving conflicts within the subordinate team
• Providing the subordinate team with appropriate work tools in accordance with legal regulations and company policy
• Implementing projects
