ABOUT THE TEAM If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence. We are all working towards the same purpose: to create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sellers to assure orders arrive to FCs within the deadline
• Coordinate with sellers and other units for product procurement
• Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes
• Prepare operational quality metrics reports
• Follow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects
• Coordinate and create operational processes for new countries

Qualities We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering faculty is a plus)
• At least 2 years of experience, supplier management
• Good command of MS Office, (especially G-sheet and Excel knowledge)
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
