Job Description

This role involves establishing and maintaining the game's artistic vision for 2D elements. You will be responsible for designing art styles, characters, and environments, while ensuring quality control through review and documentation. Strong collaboration with the game design and development teams is crucial.

Must have:

2+ years experience in game industry
Understanding of 2D art production
Basic animation knowledge
Understanding of game graphics development pipelines
High-quality art portfolio
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

Good to have:

Formal art education

Your Key Responsibilities:

Establish, maintain, and develop a clear artistic vision and integrity for the game’s 2D visual elements;
Envision and create various aspects of the game, including art style, characters, and environments.
Ensure quality control by reviewing art content, updating pipelines, and creating guides and tutorials;
Collaborate closely with the project team, including game design and development departments.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

2+ years of experience in the game industry in positions such as Senior 2D Artist, Senior Artist, Art Manager, or other relevant roles;
Understanding of 2D art production specifics;
Basic or better understanding of animation;
Understanding of principles and pipelines for developing graphics for games;
High-quality portfolio demonstrating excellent artistic skills;
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Extra Great to Have:

Formal art education
