Job Summary

Job Description

This is a senior-level position for a 2D character concept artist to work on a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include designing and detailing characters in a Western realistic 3A style, creating world-building concept art, using AI art tools, ensuring high-quality output, collaborating with external artists, and monitoring project implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, strong artistic skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure within a team environment. Proficiency in Photoshop and SAI is required.

Must have:

3+ years experience in character design
Proficient in PS, SAI
Excellent artistic skills & communication
Western realistic 3A style character design
World-building concept design expertise
AI art tool proficiency
High-quality output & collaboration skills

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1.欧美写实3A风格角色的设计/细化；

2.世界观相关角色概念设计；

3.熟练运用AI绘图工具；

4.负责项目高品质角色原画输出表现；

5.负责跟进版本内实现的效果；

6.负责协同外部画师跟进工作，把控品质。

Requirements:

1.角色设计从业经历3年以上，有成熟的角色设计作品；

2.具备丰富的想象力及清晰表达能力；

3.具备良好的艺术修养及美术基础，对角色造型、服装设计有良好的把控力；

4.热爱角色设计工作，责任心强,勤恳踏实,工作充满激情,勇于接受挑战,能承受一定的工作压力，能适应项目推进速度,团队内的融洽沟通，高效率地完成任务；

5.熟练运用PS,SAI等绘图软件。
