Job Summary
Job Description
As a Senior 3D Animator at RoofXR, you'll create realistic character animations for narratives, collaborating with the project team throughout the creative process. You'll ensure animations meet artistic and technical standards, quickly incorporating feedback for revisions. The role demands proficiency in Blender, a strong understanding of storytelling and animation principles, and experience in character, object, and environment animation. The ideal candidate possesses advanced visual aesthetics, a team-oriented approach, and at least 3-5 years of 3D animation experience in film or TV. Experience with Unreal Engine and motion capture is a plus.

Job Description
*Create character animations with realistic movements that align with the narrative and storytelling.
*Collaborate with the project team to contribute to the creative process.
*Develop animations that meet both technical and artistic requirements.
*Complete revisions quickly based on feedback.
Required Qualifications
*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3D animation for TV series or feature films.
*Proficiency in Blender.
*Strong understanding of storytelling and scene composition.
*Experience in character animation, object, and environment animations.
*Solid grasp of basic animation principles and movement understanding.
*Team-oriented, creative, and detail-focused.
*Advanced visual aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications
*Experience in the film, gaming, advertising, or digital media industries.
*Previous experience with projects rendered in Unreal Engine.
*Knowledge of motion capture.
