Job Details
Our Vilnius office is looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Artist with a strong interest in casual mobile games. If you are a professional eager to grow and develop within a team of experts, we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, and props;
- Ensure that all 3D assets meet technical and artistic requirements for real-time rendering;
- Optimize and refine 3D assets for performance and memory efficiency without compromising visual quality;
- Assemble scenes and assets in a game engine;
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior 3D artists;
- Collaborate with the art and game design teams;
- Provide constructive feedback to peers.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Excellent 3D skills;
- Excellent understanding of pipeline processes;
- Excellent understanding of Low Poly modeling and Sculpting;
- Understanding of Light, Rendering, Shaders;
- Experience in Character and Environment asset production;
- Experience working with game engines;
- Time management skills and ability to independently complete assigned tasks on time;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Extra Great to Have:
- Animation skills;
- Experience in rigging and texturing.
