Senior 3D Artist Requirements:

Create low poly game ready assets, characters, props, environments
understanding of modular 3d Asset modelling, animation, Texturing and Shader Development
understanding of trim sheet method for texturing
Setting/designing workflow for 3D team
Optimization of assets so it works seamlessly on all platforms
4+ years of relevant industry experience
understanding of 3D game art pipeline
Advanced knowledge of 3D Sculpting, Modelling, Texturing and Rendering
portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D Modeling / Sculpting and Texturing works
experience and understanding in using game engines such as Unity, Unreal
A deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX strategy that aligns with the overall vision of the metaverse.
