This role requires a master of hyper-realistic characters, skilled in both hard-surface armor and organic sculpting. You will collaborate with top-tier talent on a hyper-detailed, next-gen title that pushes realism to the limit. The responsibilities include creating AAA-quality character models from high-poly sculpts to optimized game assets with a strong focus on sci-fi/hard-surface design, owning the visual bar to ensure work meets hyper-realistic standards, collaborating with the Lead on vision and iteration, sharing techniques, documenting best practices, and staying sharp in mastering new tools, pipelines, and artistic techniques.
