Job Description

Tencent's TiMi Studio Group seeks a Senior 3D Character Designer for its new AAA stylized realistic shooting game. Responsibilities encompass creating high-quality, stylized facial models, developing next-gen character models and assets, integrating them into the game engine, and overseeing the production of global commercial content (characters, skins, weapons, mounts, etc.). Collaboration with other teams on character pipelines, reviewing outsourced art assets, and ensuring quality are key. The ideal candidate boasts 5+ years of experience in character modeling, exceptional aesthetic skills, mastery of UE engine, and a passion for game development.

Must have:

High-quality stylized facial model creation
Next-gen character modeling expertise
UE engine proficiency
5+ years character design experience
Excellent aesthetic sense

岗位职责

1. 根据项目要求制作出高水准的美型脸部模型；

2. 完成高品质次世代角色模型，资源整理，引擎合入验证，效果跟进；

3. 制作面向全球的商业化内容制作（角色/皮肤/枪械/坐骑等）；

4. 配合其他模块完成角色以及皮肤的整套流程；

5. 审核子公司/外包的美术产出并迭代效果，持续输出商业化资源。

岗位要求

1.擅长次时代美型脸部的制作，学习能力强，研究相关妆容，制作出不同风格的脸部；

2.有次时代角色服装类的制作经验，对引擎材质有更好的理解，能不断尝试去提升品质；

3.美术专业相关，5年以上角色相关制作经验；

4.审美能力优秀，能及时发现问题并改善；

5.能熟练使用UE引擎，完成并验收跟进表现效果；

6.热爱游戏行业，有较强的责任心，工作投入度高，配合团队完成任务。
