This role involves creating high-quality 3D environments for a global AAA action game. Responsibilities include environment art editing, level design, lighting, atmosphere rendering, optimization, and performance improvements to meet AAA standards. The artist will also track in-game scene performance, manage 3D environment assets, and be responsible for the overall visual quality of the game's environments. This requires strong skills in stylized material design, SP/SD, UE5 material/environment rendering, and a keen sense of color and aesthetics. Experience with full 3D projects, strong communication, outsourcing, and familiarity with industry trends are essential.
