Imerza is seeking a Senior 3D Production Supervisor to lead teams in architectural visualization using Unreal Engine and traditional 3D modeling. This role involves managing workflows, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met, and overseeing project timelines and budgets. The supervisor will also be responsible for reviewing projects artistically and for accuracy, providing feedback, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in the AEC or Architectural Visualization industry, proficiency in Unreal Engine and 3D modeling tools, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior 3D Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate teams working on Unreal Engine production and traditional 3D modeling in the Architectural Visualization (Archviz) industry. In this role, you will manage workflows, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage 3D production teams working in Unreal Engine and traditional 3D modeling software for architectural visualization projects.
  • Review projects from an artistic and accuracy standpoint, provide feedback and critiques, direct solutions, and re-assign tasks until targets are met.
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, and technical teams to define project requirements and production pipelines.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards in all 3D assets and visualizations.
  • Implement and optimize production workflows and teams to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Hold quarterly evaluations with artists to provide feedback and listen to any feedback they may have.
  • Mentor team members, fostering skill development and professional growth.
  • Document production processes and provide guidance to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Develop training material and guidelines for new and current employees.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Animation, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing 3D production teams in the AEC or Architectural Visualization industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine and traditional 3D modeling tools (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender).
  • Familiarity with production pipelines for real-time rendering and visualization.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git).
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience in digital twin technology or real-estate marketing visualizations.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Blueprints) for pipeline automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based rendering or data storage solutions.
