The Role and What You’ll Do:

160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a dedicated team responsible for the daily servicing of consumer-brand clients in entertainment marketing.

  • Play a central role in the management of branded entertainment programs for clients, including original content, brand integrations and content partnerships across TV, film, and digital.
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to client and appropriate agencies, networks, producers, executives, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in activations.
  • Regular interaction and proactive outreach to industry partners and executives to source opportunities for clients.
  • Participate in the development and execution of content strategies, activations, and customized programs that meet client objectives, including project management.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives, including visual decks, creative development notes and strategy documents.
  • Management of internal tracking documents and monthly client reports.
  • Support team with research requests.
  • Monitor entertainment industry news and trends, including TV and film announcements, and identify opportunities for engaging on behalf of clients.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of talent agency or entertainment industry experience required
  • Firm working knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends, buyers, creators and content
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Superior client relationship/service skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, proactive and able to take initiative
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented and resourceful
  • Excellent time management skills. Able to prioritize workload, use time efficiently and multi-task
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through. Accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of assigned tasks
  • Strong project management skills and ability to maintain organization at high volume
  • Adaptable to changes in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to travel ~25% of the time

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$68,640 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$80,000 annually
