Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our global Hospitality Solutions team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—empowering hotel partners through Sabre’s SynXis® platform to drive revenue, improve efficiency and enhance guest experiences across every touchpoint. As a Senior Account Manager based in Japan, you will drive commercial outcomes and cultivate strategic client relationships across a portfolio of hotel accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to optimize CRS adoption, identify growth opportunities and support renewals and solution expansion. This role requires strong hospitality expertise, commercial acumen, fluency in English and Japanese and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve long-term value.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of hotel clients in Japan, providing consultative guidance and ensuring CRS adoption drives performance goals.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value and support solution expansion.
Lead commercial engagements including business reviews, negotiations and renewals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing and support to align solutions with client needs.
Monitor industry trends and client feedback to inform strategic account planning.
Preferred qualifications and education
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales in travel tech or hospitality software.
Proven ability to influence client outcomes and manage commercial initiatives end-to-end.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, CRS platforms and solution selling.
Fluency in both English and Japanese is required; Korean language skills are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or a related field.

製品、マーケティング、サポートなどの各部門と連携し、顧客ニーズに沿った提案を行います。
業界動向や顧客フィードバックを分析し、戦略的アカウントプランを策定します。
応募資格・学歴要件
トラベルテックまたはホスピタリティソフトウェア業界におけるアカウントマネジメントまたは営業の経験が5年以上ある方。
顧客の成果に影響を与え、商業的取り組みを一貫して管理した実績がある方。
ホテル運営、CRSプラットフォーム、ソリューション営業に関する深い理解がある方。
日本語と英語の両方において優れたコミュニケーションスキルを有する方(必須)。韓国語スキルがあれば尚可。
ビジネス、ホスピタリティ、または関連分野の学士号を有する方 。
