Senior Account Manager - Social and Programmatic

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Account Management Lead role that primarily focuses on Social and Programmatic. The key responsibilities outlined by the market include client and stakeholder management, communication with internal dentsu markets, and mentoring junior DGS associates. This position is not heavily focused on execution, but rather on providing strategic oversight and ensuring smooth operations across these areas.

• Connects and manages relationships with clients and stakeholders to support the delivery of communication and services across a portfolio of markets.

• Supports Senior Client Managers in delivering innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.

• Assists Senior Client Managers and the wider team with general client liaison and administration.

• Manages client plans and coordinates activities, ensuring that projects and plans meet objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Works collaboratively with colleagues and local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs.

• Partners with team members and leadership to implement continuous improvements related to client and campaign delivery, making the process more effective for clients and the business.

• Researches new market trends to incorporate into planning.

• Supports client quarterly reviews.

• Has a fair understanding of reporting and creative checks in the DCM platform.
