Senior Accountant

Become a part of an exciting adventure by joining our finance team, where you will play a key role in accounting operations, financial reporting, and process optimization. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and drive improvements in accounting and reporting processes.

How will you make an impact with us? 

• Execute day-to-day accounting activities and collaborate with external Accounting & Tax (A&T) service providers.

• Overseeing month-end closing processes, including TB and report reconciliations, balance verifications, and AP/AR aging analysis.

• Perform reconciliations of prepaid expenses and short/long-term balances.

• Ensure tax compliance and financial statement verification based on local GAAP.

• Work closely with finance, legal, and procurement teams to resolve accounting issues and maintain vendor master data.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting and reporting processes.

• Administer accounting and workflow systems, overseeing updates and troubleshooting issues.

• Participate in projects related to systems/tools implementation and process automation.

This is the right job for you if you have:

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.

• A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (a professional qualification is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and tax regulations, with sensitivity to internal controls.

• Experience or general knowledge of JPK CIT and KSeF is a plus.

• Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel and other MS tools.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a team.

• Willingness to share knowledge and support team development.
