Tala is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Accountant to join the Accounting team in Mexico. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely accounting and tax compliance in accordance with both Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and US GAAP. The position will primarily focus on Mexico, but will also support accounting and compliance activities related to expansion across Latin America. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, financial reporting, tax compliance, and assisting with cross-border operations. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in regional and cross-border operations. This role will be essential in ensuring the financial health and compliance of Tala in the region.

Must have:

Ensure accurate accounting
Ensure timely tax compliance
Experience in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF)
Understanding of US GAAP

Good to have:

Experience in Latin American accounting
Interest in cross-border operations

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team in Mexico. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely accounting and tax compliance in accordance with both Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and US GAAP. While primarily focused on Mexico, the position will also support accounting and compliance activities related to our expansion across Latin America, making regional experience or interest in cross-border operations a strong asset.
