To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a full-time Senior Accountant (m/f/d) to work hybrid in our Berlin office or remotely in Europe as soon as possible.
What You'll Work On
Month end and year end accounting activities: Prepare local GAAP entries to create HGB financial statements on basis of US-GAAP entries.
Maintain open communication: Work Closely with the local tax advisor to receive and provide necessary information.
Collaborate with the legal department: Ensure accurate and compliant GPO calculations in a reviewing function.
Driving Excellence: Enhancing Processes for Ongoing Improvement of Accounting Processes.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 3+ years of experience.
Relevant finance experience industry required (i.e. medical devices/pharmaceutical).
Must be familiar with laws, regulations, standards, and guidance governing on local statutory requirements, e.g. financial statements creation in SAP.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Fluency in English required.
