Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4-6 years of experience
- Accounting reconciliation experience
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable
- Invoicing experience
- Intermediate/Advanced English
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Brazilian accounting procedures
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel)

Key Responsabilities
· Carry out the activities of accounts payable and receivable, preparing the CNAB files for sending to the bank.
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, weekly and monthly.
· Organize payment receipts write-offs.
· Monitor and control receipts.
· Issue billing and send it to the requesting areas.
· Supporting the activities of the accounting department in the monthly closings.
· Attend audits, delivering requested documents.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor´s Degree of Science in Accounting.
· Experience of 4 to 6 years in the area.
· Experience with accounting reconciliation.
· Knowledge in the main Brazilian accounting procedures (NBCs – CPC 47 Revenue recognition,).
· Experience with accounts payable and receivable activities.
· Experience with invoicing (issuance of invoices).
· Intermediate/Advanced English (Writing and Speaking).
Technical Skills
· Solid knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Knowledge of ERP SAP B1
