Job Description

Velotio Technologies is a product engineering company that collaborates with innovative startups and enterprises, offering full-stack product development for over 110 startups globally. They specialize in cloud-native, data engineering, B2B SaaS, IoT, and Machine Learning domains, with a team of 400+ software engineers dedicated to solving complex technical challenges and bringing customer ideas to life. The Senior Admin Executive will be responsible for leading and managing all office operations and administrative services. This includes ensuring a highly efficient, compliant, and supportive work environment through strategic planning, team leadership, comprehensive facilities management, and fostering seamless cross-departmental coordination to boost organizational productivity and improve the employee experience.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in office administration or facilities management
  • In-depth knowledge of office management procedures
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and vendor management abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Good to have:
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications
  • Experience with HRIS or Facilities Management Systems (FMS)
