Job Description:

Blizzard is looking for a proactive, motivated, and highly organized professional to function as a Senior Administrative Assistant for the Battle.net Organization. The chosen candidate will champion our staff and raise team morale by planning epic team events, managing schedules, and acting as the point of contact for various team needs. Our ideal candidate will need to be a critical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This role is a hybrid work position, with some work on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Mondays and Fridays will be work-from-home, but on-site as needed. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

What You Bring to the Table

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple busy calendars and balance appropriately
  • Coordinate travel for department leadership
  • Assist with planning and execution of team events from concept to completion
  • Place and set up catering and meal orders
  • Plan meetings and conference calls, including calls across multiple time zones around the globe
  • Prepare written communications to internal and external contacts with an emphasis on context and confidentiality
  • Manage and approve meeting room calendars
  • Collaborate with other administration and support staff across the broader organization
  • Provide excellent administrative support and assist with general office duties for 300+ employees
  • Reconcile expenses and complete expense reports
  • Establish positive rapport with other administrators, producers, and team leadership
  • Handle other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role or executive assistant role

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Proficiency in office tools like Zoom, Slack and Concur Travel/Expense Management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $20.77 - $38.46 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
