Job Description

As a Senior Advertising Solutions Architect at gTech, you will work with clients and stakeholders to identify business objectives using a consultative approach. You'll lead client meetings, explore opportunities for joint technical plans and packaged solutions, and develop Google Advertising Products and Customer Infrastructure. The role involves leading multi-quarter technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building trusted relationships with customers. Responsibilities include identifying customer business objectives, leading client meetings, developing technical solutions, leading technical projects, and building strong client relationships. A strong technical background and excellent communication skills (English and Japanese) are essential.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years software development experience (Python, C++, Java, JavaScript)
  • Fluent English and Japanese communication
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
Good to have:
  • Experience in digital industry verticals
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in an Industry Vertical and of its trends and business challenges related to digital.
  • Excellent problem-discovery, problem-solving, analysis, and communication, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent collaboration skills including working actively with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

  • Work with external clients and internal business stakeholders to identify customer business objectives through consultative approach.
  • Lead client meetings for pod to explore the opportunities for Joint Technical Plans and packaged solutions which help our customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop the Google Advertising Products and Customer Infrastructure to be able to architect technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead multi-quarter technical projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional internal and external teams (technical and non-technical team members).
  • Build a trusted technical advisory relationship with customers and internal business stakeholders.
