Job Description

Lead the affiliate market across Asia as a Senior Affiliate Manager at Easygo. This key leadership role within the Melbourne Marketing team involves driving the growth and success of our affiliate program in Asia. You will lead a high-performing affiliate team, fostering strong partner relationships to connect our brand to a broader audience. By formulating innovative acquisition strategies and identifying new traffic sources, you will boost customer acquisition and maximize revenue in Asian regions, strengthening our market position and achieving long-term business objectives.
Must have:
  • Lead the affiliate team to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for team expansion and propose hiring needs to meet evolving goals and demands.
  • Develop and maintain clear processes to facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration when necessary.
  • Break down goals set by top management into actionable tasks, ensuring efficient workload distribution and process implementation within the team.
  • Regularly track and evaluate individual team member contributions, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to top management.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to assess progress, address concerns, and provide support.
  • Build and nurture relationships with affiliates to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to expand user acquisition efforts in the Asian regions, ensuring localized approaches for maximum impact.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on team progress, affiliate campaign performance, and overall outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Continuously review and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall team performance.
  • Analyse affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.

  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Experience in driving growth and consistently meeting KPIs in the Asian regions
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms

Sitting within the Melbourne Marketing team, you will take on a key leadership role in driving the growth and success of our affiliate program in Asia.

Additionally, by strategically onboarding and collaborating with affiliates, you will help strengthen our market position in this dynamic and competitive industry. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving long-term business objectives and fostering sustained growth.

What you will do:

  • Lead the affiliate team to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong background in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing to meet KPIs.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to create reports and actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product and Design.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking would be advantageous.
  • Experience in driving growth and consistently meeting KPIs in the Asian regions.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms would be advantageous.
