The Senior Analyst - Change Management role involves optimizing operational efficiency by managing the ticketing system's logical setup and administration. Responsibilities include designing and implementing workflow automations, developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, and leading continuous process improvement initiatives. The role requires a skilled Data Analyst to analyze data, maintain data, and automate processes using SQL, Python, and Excel (including VBA and Power Query automation). The candidate will translate business requirements into data specifications, develop reports, and support business processes with data-driven insights. They will also develop database structures, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers and document and communicate project objectives.

Must have:

3+ Years of experience in reporting/office automation.
Experience with Relations Database Management (SQL/MS Access).
Experience in preparing BRD.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis.

About the Team:

Change Management - The team plays a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency by managing the logical setup and administration of the ticketing system. They design and implement workflow automations to enhance end-user experience, develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting for performance tracking, and lead continuous process monitoring and improvement initiatives to drive sustained operational excellence.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, data maintenance, and automation, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and Excel (including VBA and Power Query automation). The role requires the ability to manage reports, maintain version control, and support business processes with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into technical data specifications and manipulate larger datasets to support various data initiatives where data is capitalized as an asset.
Focus on developing customizable reports, ad hoc analysis, and data visualizations in a business-friendly manner to drive adoption.
Own development of database structures, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Develop and test solutions using Access, VBA, SQL Server, or any other technology. Support existing developed automated tools and maintenance activities.
Document and communicate objectives, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Willingness to support critical business needs beyond standard working hours, if required.

Requirements:

Has a bachelor’s degree with 3+ Years of Experience working with Reporting / Office Automation (VBA) and any Relations Database Management (SQL/MS Access/ MySQL/ Oracle etc).
Experience in preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD) and working with Business subject matter experts to resolve data related queries.
Responsible for end-to-end data analysis to understand and define how data is collected, transformed, and published to support the business users for their objectives.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting and knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to self-drive projects and work across multiple teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
