The Senior Analyst, Executive Support position involves providing high-level support to dentsu's Global Executives. Responsibilities include managing requests, setting up meetings, monitoring progress, managing calls, and providing support for various hardware and software. Must have:
  • 5+ years hands-on experience supporting senior Executives.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience of Apple Mac hardware and Mac OS.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS/Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Teams.
Good to have:
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Microsoft Teams Meetings/Live Events.
  • iOS and Android devices.
  • Audio visual systems (TV/Projector systems).
  • Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese language skills.

This position will be on-site in our NYC office.

Senior Analyst, Executive Support will work for some of the top media agencies in the US. dentsu owns several agencies in differing media disciplines. You will work with the latest technology with a great deal of development potential.

Someone who has worked in the media industry before would be ideal for the role. There will be a requirement to deal with several high priority requests from VIP and board level members of staff. You will need excellent communications skills to communicate with the business including other members of the IT support teams to update them on multiple requests and incidents to be resolved.

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Executive Support Lead, you will need to:

  • Provide high-level support to dentsu's Global Executive including several high profile and short notice requests from the business

  • Have with the ability to act calmly with staff at all levels

  • Set up internal/client meetings, pitches, Microsoft Teams conference calls

  • Monitor progress of call resolution within the agreed Service level agreement guidelines

  • Take responsibility for calls assigned to the Executive Support queue in the first instance or directly to you, monitor progress for Executive Support requests assigned to other teams through to resolution

  • Manage calls with internal support and 3rd party suppliers through to closure

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, MACs, printers, mobile devices including phone and tablets, peripherals and other hardware support or escalate to 3rd party hardware support

  • Provide documentation when changes occur, bug fixes found, or new items introduced into the environment

  • Any other tasks or projects assigned by the Executive Support Lead

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' hands-on experience supporting senior Executives

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience of Apple Mac hardware and Mac OS

  • Knowledge of:

o Windows OS/Mac OS

o Microsoft Office 365 and Teams

o Internet Explorer/Chrome web browsers

o Hardware and Peripherals

o Mobile devices

Nice to have skills:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

  • Microsoft Teams Meetings/Live Events

  • iOS and Android devices

  • Audio visual systems (TV/Projector systems)

  • Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese language skills

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
