Manages projects to ensure it meets the business requirements, internal or external stakeholders are satisfied and it meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.

Your role and responsibilities: ā€‹

You will have an equal opportunity to plans, monitors and coordinates part of a mid-size project to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction.

We manage projects while being mentored by one of the senior project managers.

Organizes and uses resources and coordinates effectively with customers and colleagues.

Meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.

To meet project deadlines through developing effective relationships in order to get things done.

Has experience in project management delivery applying established project management methodology.

We typically work under supervision to lead projects around systems integration, or product development enhancements.

Excellent! Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts to isolate key articulation and delivery points

Proven experience working with cross-functional and infrastructure technical teams

Ability to engage and work with development teams, in order to understand the technical solution and make informed decisions

Product Design or User Experience background is able to use Design thinking to challenge our business case, narrow down the MVP and reduce delivery timelines, experience delivering business projects, with tight deadlines

Agile leadership at scale, coaching of peers and team to develop their   potential

Education Required: 

  • Degree qualified in Computer Science, or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience with Experience Required: At least 5 years 
  • Special Qualifications: Certification and effectiveness in desktop project management tools including Excel
  • Proven experience in project management, business manager, management senior consultant, or product design for large-scale IT or Business transformation projects, and other experience leading technical programs of work
  • A strong change agent who can take people on a journey and communicate the strategy and benefits to the wider business
  • An ability to engage with Application Development, Sales, and Professional Services in order to challenge, negotiate and cut a fair position for the engineering team
