As a Senior Analytical Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting and consulting clients/partners on their strategy in sales, marketing, or product development. You will leverage your analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities include developing and owning analytical modeling for key client/partner projects, applying or customizing analytical tools to identify opportunities, and optimizing client/partner business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to drive business growth, conduct in-depth analysis, and support the development of go-to-market strategies. This role involves building and managing relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and owning the relationship with the data/analytical stakeholders on the client's/partner's side.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories
Good to have:
  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques
  • Experience with Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Strong communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/analytical stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
