Senior Android Developer (Digital Participation Banking)
Job Summary
Job Description
Roof Stacks seeks a Senior Android Developer to develop and maintain mobile applications for a digital participation bank. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of mobile application experience, a strong understanding of design patterns, and excellent practical experience with Android development using Kotlin and Java, including Jetpack Compose. Proficiency in programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is essential. Responsibilities include contributing to all phases of the application lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment, and working collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality products. Experience in the Digital Banking/Fintech industry is a plus.
Must have:
- 5+ years mobile app experience
- Solid understanding of Design Patterns
- Excellent Android experience (Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose)
- OOP, data structures, algorithms knowledge
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

We are looking for a "Senior Android Developer" to take part in the development and maintenance support services of mobile applications for the digital participation bank.
Job requirements
*5+ years of mobile application experience,
*Solid understanding of Design Patterns,
*Excellent performance and practical experience with Android,
*Proven knowledge of Kotlin and Java, Jetpack Compose,
*Excellent understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms),
*Comfortably with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
Nice to Have
*Experience in Digital Banking/Fintech industry.

*Ability to convey ideas easily,
*Ability to have professional communication with each stakeholder,
*Ability to be clear, short, open, and persuasive in all kinds of communication,
*Ability to detect problems and solve them in the very beginning.
