Job Description

As a Senior AngularJS Developer, you'll manage project timelines and deliverables, collaborating with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to design and develop scalable, efficient software solutions. Your responsibilities include understanding client requirements, aligning solutions with technology biases, enabling new trading activities, and providing knowledge transfer through demos and documentation. This role requires strong AngularJS skills (7+ years experience), experience with AWS, web services, APIs, Agile methodologies, and DevOps/CI/CD practices. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Responsibilities

Manage timelines/deliverables within the team towards the successful delivery of projects. Design software solutions by interacting with portfolio managers, traders, operations staff and peers to understand requirements. Develop solutions that are in line with client's technology biases, deliver efficiency and scalability, and enable new trading activities. Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.

Skills

Must have

University degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred

Must have good communication skills, strong client-facing skills and able to manage client's expectations

Demonstrated experience developing and integrating enterprise business applications within the financial services industry preferred 7+ years

Experience with technologies/frameworks such as Angular JS, AWS

Demonstrated experience integrating applications and processes using web services, API

Demonstrated experience using Agile or Rapid Application Development practices

Strong technical skills in Angular JS 7+ years

Good understanding and practical experience in DevOps, CI/CD
