Job Details
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D assets for mobile games, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across different aspects of the game.
- Collaborate with game designers, animators, and developers to ensure the art integrates seamlessly with gameplay.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior artists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Work closely with the Art Director to implement art direction and contribute to the overall visual vision of the game.
- Optimize assets for performance and memory usage on mobile platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating new techniques and tools into the workflow.
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions to generate innovative ideas for game art.

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile game art production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Blender, Maya, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting.
- Experience with both 2D and 3D art production.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of mobile game development pipelines and optimization techniques.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile game aesthetics.
