Job Description

Develop and execute innovative esports marketing strategies for tournaments, global events, in-game items, and long-term objectives. Present marketing plans to internal/external partners. Define global guidelines and best practices for marketing campaigns. Establish a framework for distributing marketing assets to maximize ROI. Collaborate with content creators and community engagement teams on co-streaming strategies. Develop initiatives to grow esports distribution channels (content drops, engagement features, loyalty programs). Supervise content updates across distribution channels. Manage relationships with online platforms. Measure and report on campaign performance, analyzing market trends and adapting strategies.
Must have:
  • 5+ years esports marketing experience
  • Deep esports ecosystem knowledge
  • Strong communication (English & Chinese)
  • Creative marketing ideas
  • Social media marketing & analytics skills
  • Multiple task handling

Job Description
  • Develop and execute effective and innovative marketing strategies to support our esports tournaments, global events, esports in-game items, ad-hoc initiatives, and long-term objectives
  • Present marketing plans to internal and external partners, ensuring strategic alignment and adequate level of support
  • Define global guidelines, timeline, and best practices for marketing campaigns for our different types of esports experiences and products
  • Establish a framework for distributing marketing assets to maximize ROI on content production and grow owned channels
  • Work with global and local content creators and community engagement teams on esports co-streaming strategy and execution
  • Develop initiatives to grow esports distribution channels, such as content drops, engagement features, and loyalty programs
  • Supervise the updating and curation of content across our esports distribution channels, preserving relevance and quality for fans
  • Manage relationships with online platforms to support esports and competitive gaming
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and evaluating against goals.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust marketing efforts accordingly
  • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to position our esports and competitive gaming experiences at the forefront of the industry.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the esports industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the esports ecosystem and trends as well as social media marketing and analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willing to work on weekends
  • Passionate gamer with a strong interest in FPS/Battle Royale genres
