Job Description & Summary: -

A career in our Salesforce team will provide the opportunity to help our clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back and Mid-Office functions leveraging Salesforce. We focus on contributing to PwC’s value proposition of “strategy led, and technology enabled”, by aligning our Consulting Solutions’ industry focus with the Salesforce technologies such as Salesforce Platforms, 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.

Responsibilties:

Roles of Field Service Lightning Developer:

· Experienced on Salesforce.com – Service and Field Service Cloud.

· Must have Hands-on experience in Configuration and customization of Field Service application.

· Extensively experienced on Salesforce configuration.

· Good knowledge on Implementation of Service Cloud and Community Cloud.

· Good understanding of OOPS and Software architecture design patterns.

· Execute the unit testing to produce defect-free software.

· Must be able to ensure the test coverage and create test methods.

· Create documents on Modules/enhancements being developed.

· Experience on Apex classes, VF pages, Trigger development.

· Develop Lightning Web Components and features.

· Design and develop the REST/SOAP integrations.

· Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Services and Community modules.

· Good communication skills-verbal & Non-verbal, excellent Team player.

· Location: Pan India

· Mandatory Skills: FSL, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Rest/Soap Integration

· Preferred Skills: FSL, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Rest/Soap Integration

· Years of experience required: 4 to 7 Years

· Education qualification: B.Tech/B.E./MCA/MBA
