Job Summary
Job Description
The Senior Associate, Community & Events will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies to foster growth within the gaming community. This role involves planning, managing, and executing multiple community-driven programs and events (both online and offline) to increase interaction and brand loyalty. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading a team of community moderators and volunteers. The successful candidate will conduct research, track trends, analyze user behavior, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with gaming communities and influencers is also crucial. The position requires a passion for gaming, community development, and engagement.
Must have:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple events
- Recruit, train, and lead community moderators
- Conduct research and analyze user behavior
- Build relationships with gaming communities and influencers
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of event planning experience
Good to have:
- Extensive network in Esports and gaming community
- Fluency in English and Hindi

- Develop & Implement Community Strategies - Ideate, create and take care of complete execution of an engagement plan to ensure the gaming community is constantly growing
- Lead Community Projects & Initiatives - Look into planning, managing and overseeing multiple community driven programs
- Organize & Execute Events - Host online and & offline community events to increase community interaction, foster stronger connections and increase brand loyalty
- Recruit & Manage Community Teams - Recruiting training and leading a team of community moderators and volunteers who help and support in the events organized
- Gather Insights & Drive Growth - Conduct research, strong tracking of trends, provide meaningful insights on user behavior, look into product feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Build & Strengthen Partnerships - Cultivate strong relationships with gaming communities and influencers to enhance collaboration and reach
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university
- 2+ years of experience in planning & executing multiple events at a time
- Experience in empowering community leaders, with a track record of integrity and collaboration
- Have extensive network in Esports and gaming community is a plus
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Passionate about gaming and community development and engagement
- Willing to travel within India
