Job Description

The Senior Associate will support the implementation and maintenance of the employee listening strategy. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to plan, organize, and deliver People Listening programs. Key responsibilities include supporting new product features via Glint, building vendor relationships, communications, and working on training and up-skilling. The role involves partnering with Workday and Integrations teams for Change Requests and data-related tasks. The Senior Associate also ensures up-to-date user access details for surveys and provides technical support, develops insights for HR partners, and contributes to projects within the People Insights function. The company is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider focused on driving financial stability and sustainable growth.

Job Details

Support to run and maintain the employee listening strategy. As a part of this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the vendor partner/s to plan, organize, and successfully deliver on People Listening programmes. You will also be using active and passive listening tools to ensure we can use our colleagues’ thoughts for future business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support the implementation and scaling of new product features via Glint/other People Listening products

·       Build a strong relationship with vendors to drive process improvements in People Listening

·       Support communications on all levels, share standard processes, expand on great local initiatives

·       Work on the fundamentals across training and up-skilling including but not limited to rules, SOPs, guides and templates

·       Partner with the Workday & Integrations teams for Change Requests via Workday and push them into Glint

·       Partner with our Operations & Workday Integrations teams to drive things like data quality, data governance, data extraction, reporting, etc.

·       Keep the Glint user access details up-to-date esp. in preparation for Group-wide survey programs

·       Ensure successful delivery of key activities & provide technical support to troubleshoot problems/issues as they arise

·       Work with HR Partners and teams to develop insights and intelligence to support conversations with key internal customers and inform action taking

·       Contribute to projects across People Insights and the wider People Function in support of Group and Divisional Strategic Objectives
