Senior Associate, Esports Operation
Job Summary
Job Description
The Senior Associate, Esports Operation will be responsible for managing and operating Free Fire esports tournaments. This includes supporting external tournaments, organizing official Free Fire events such as quarterly online tournaments, EWC, and FFWS qualification rounds. The role also involves maintaining and updating the esports resource database, including organizers, casters, and media, to support the growth of Free Fire tournaments. The successful candidate will be proficient in both Bengali and English and possess proven experience in the esports industry, preferably in Battle Royale or shooting games. The position requires physical presence in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Must have:
- Experience in esports (Battle Royale/Shooting games)
- Proficient in Bengali and English
- Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Tournament organization and operation
- Database management

Job Description
- Operate Free Fire Esports Organizer program by providing support to external tournaments

Job Requirements
- Physically based in Bangladesh, preferably in Dhaka
