Job Description

PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti is seeking a Senior Associate for their M&A Tax department in Rome. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in corporate taxes and a strong understanding of tax due diligence, structuring domestic and international M&A transactions, and domestic and international corporate tax advisory. Excellent English language skills are required.

PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.

Per il dipartimento M&A Tax di Roma siamo alla ricerca di un/a praticante Dottore Commercialista o professionista abilitato/a alla professione di Dottore Commercialista che abbia maturato da 2 a 4 anni di esperienza in materia di corporate taxes.

L'attività svolta sarà la seguente:

attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie
strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali
consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.
