The Senior Associate will support two clients in the restaurant and transportation industries, reporting to the National Video Investment Senior Manager. The role involves coordinating all aspects of the video investment process, including preparing reports, communicating with networks, inputting inventory, scheduling buys, and analyzing plans. The Senior Associate will also maintain relationships with vendors, manage client projects, and stay updated on industry trends. They will also assist management in developing media strategies, and ensure the team is informed of client and internal issues. The role requires at least one year of experience as an Associate.
Must have:
  • 1+ years of national video investment experience
  • Experience with linear and digital video investment
  • Working knowledge of MediaOcean and Spot Buy Toolkit
  • Experience inputting and updating inventory
  • Knowledge of media research terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Job Description:
We are looking for a National Video Investment Senior Associate supporting two clients in the restaurant and transportation industries. You will report into the National Video Investment Senior Manager. This role may be based in Chicago, IL or remote in the continental United States. Supported by the Associate, you will coordinate all facets of the video investment process.
You will:
  • Develop and oversee National Video Investment Associates alongside senior staff members
  • Prepare reports (Tracking, GRP, Posts) for the client
  • Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements
  • Communicate with networks regarding client's scheduling
  • Input inventory & keep it up to date
  • Schedule ADU and Post- Out Buys
  • Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. "Roll-Ups")
  • Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests , negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations
  • Ensure that allocations match flighting/'''s/GRP requirements
  • Prepare Monthly Spending Reports
  • Maintain relationships with vendors
  • Maintain special client related projects (i.e. Marketplace updates)
  • Stay informed about latest trends in media, programming, and ratings
  • Inform client/team of new opportunities or issues
  • Help facilitate client meetings
  • Assist management team (Directors etc.) in develop strategies for media buys
  • Ensure information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of national video investment (buying) experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level
  • Experience with linear and digital video investment
  • Working knowledge of MediaOcean, Spot Buy Toolkit
  • Experience inputting inventory & keeping it up to date
  • Knowledge of media research terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
The annual salary range for this position is 52K- 84K . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
