Job Description & Summary

Our IT Governance Team forms an integral part of our Risk Assurance practices. As many companies continue to face significant technology and regulatory shifts, we help clients to establish a good governance for their IT practice which acts as a foundation for IT/ business alignment, as well as ensure compliance.

We are looking for Senior Associates who are responsible for:

• Performing assessment/ design on IT controls and governance;
• Identifying IT risks, gaps and providing recommendations;
• Coaching junior team members;
• Keeping updates on COBIT framework and IT related regulations in Indonesia;
• Assisting in business developments, marketing, proposal preparation process;
• Performing as team lead during engagements, assisting project manager in understanding of the client's business, conducting fieldwork, discussions and presentations, as well as building client relationships;
• Preparing templates for working paper when necessary;
• Preparing concise and accurate documents / report, leveraging and utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Requirements

Essential skills:

• University degree, at the minimum S1
• Experience in conducting IT review/ assessment and/ or IT regulatory compliance
• Familiar with COBIT framework and IT regulations in Indonesia
• Familiar with technology that supports financial and operational application systems and related business processes
• Ability to identify IT related risks and sufficient controls in business processes
• Strong time management skills, including flexibility to work with shifting priorities and client needs
• Ability to perform coaching and developing junior team members
• Strong communication skills to build client relationship (networking)
• Strong presentation and report writing skills (in English and Bahasa)
• Fast learning for understanding new business and client nature

Desirable skills:

• Senior associate position: 3-5 years experience
• Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Accounting Degree, or similar
• Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT)/ Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)/ Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)/ Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification, or equivalent is an advantage
• Experience in performing IT review of one of these: financial services/ telecommunications/ manufacturing/ consumer and retails/ energy, utilities, and resources/ startup companies
• Experience in IT Sarbanes-Oxley review and/or IT Governance review is an advantage
