Zuzana Lisá is our Senior Manager in Assurance services with specialisation in audit of banks and other financial institutions. It is a great pleasure to work with Zuzka! She is an extra experienced person passionate about the development of her colleagues and recruitment of talented people.
As a Senior Associate, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge into how businesses run, gain direct access to internal stakeholders and clients and work with an unrivalled range of organisations we audit. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leverage your team and relationship management skills to ensure audit documentation, from start to finish, meets PwC and regulatory standards.
Perform diverse audit tasks, including issue identification, data analysis, and drawing informed conclusions.
Foster meaningful relationships and engage in insightful, challenging conversations during audits.
Delegate tasks for learning and coaching, optimizing audit efficiency.
Connect across PwC's teams and areas, managing differing views and consulting as needed.
Develop innovative solutions to enhance audit quality.
Prioritize team coaching, clear communication, and being fully present.
Manage engagements with high-level leadership, guiding junior members towards quality deliverables.
Participate in multi-disciplinary teams, enhancing skills and perspectives to serve varied clients.
Ensure high-quality development of engagement deliverables.
A university degree.
At least 3 years’ auditing or accounting experience.
ACCA - either in progress, or an interest in starting.
English and Czech/Slovak language skills are essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to both facilitate team discussions and clearly present technical concepts and findings to external stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to work in a team.
