Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Your role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, with deep expertise in Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices. This role requires a proactive and innovative individual who can design, develop, and implement advanced automation agentic solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business impact.

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of automation solutions using Power Platform, Automate, and other relevant technologies.
• Integration: Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and microservices to ensure seamless operation across the organization.
• AI Implementation: Implement AI-driven features to enhance the capabilities of automation solutions, leveraging tools such as Copilot and machine learning models.
• Project Management: Manage automation projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, including design specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members on the use of automation tools and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You're the right fit if:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices. Any functional domain experience in Finance, supply chain will be added advantage.
• Skills: Proficiency in Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The role is going be Hybrid/Office.
