Tesla is seeking experienced Senior Service Technicians for its Maurepas location. The role involves servicing, repairing, and improving Tesla vehicles using specialized software and tools. Technicians will ensure high-quality repairs, diligently inspecting vehicles before return or pre-delivery. Collaboration with local and regional teams is key, sharing best practices to enhance service experiences. Comprehensive in-house training on Tesla technology and EV repair will be provided. Responsibilities include performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, adhering to the highest quality standards, and collaborating effectively with team members. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in automotive, aviation, or marine service and repair, excellent communication skills, a valid European driver's license, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, and perform mobile repairs as needed.

What You’ll Do

Entretenir, réparer et améliorer : En travaillant avec des logiciels spécifiques Tesla et des outils avancés, vous effectuerez des réparations et les entretiens sur tous les types de véhicules Tesla.
Garantir une qualité supérieure : Réparer correctement du premier coup. Nous vous faisons confiance afin d’inspecter nos véhicules avec diligence avant le retour et/ou la pré-livraison. Travailler aux normes de qualité les plus élevées
Collaborer : En travaillant avec des équipes (locales et régionales), vous supportez et partagez les meilleures pratiques afin d'améliorer encore plus l'expérience de nos services
Développer : On vous prépare pour le succès, nos équipes de formation internes vous formeront à la technologie spécifique Tesla et à la réparation/ entretien de nos véhicules électriques

Service Technician

At Tesla, our Service Technicians are the backbone of the Service operation, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and as a Service Technician you will help ensure an equally innovative service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles

Requirements

Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries
Technically qualified: You ideally have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in (insert country). You will self-manage your technical expertise development
A good communicator: You speak and write French well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars)
Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel for mobile repairs and detail cars, when needed
