As a Senior Backend Developer at Xsolla, you will enhance the Xsolla Account, a flagship B2C product integrated into game titles and payment interactions. Responsibilities include designing and developing backend systems, integrating with third-party components (payment systems, cloud services), collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining domain microservices (REST APIs, consumers, service workers), and ensuring seamless integration with other Xsolla products. You'll optimize existing features, roll out new updates, and build secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant software. A strong understanding of backend components (caches, networks, load balancers, CDNs) is crucial.

Must have:

3+ years backend experience
AMQP, Key-Value storage experience
SQL, Golang, Docker/Kubernetes knowledge
Microservice development (REST APIs)
Secure, reliable, fault-tolerant software development

Job Details

We are seeking a Backend Developer to join us in enhancing the Xsolla Account, our flagship B2C product. The Xsolla Account is our consumer-facing brand, integrated gracefully into game titles, and payment interactions, offering features from personal info and payment methods to digital items and banking services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize existing features and roll out new updates, all while maintaining seamless integration with other Xsolla products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing and developing backend for Xsolla Account / Xsolla Wallet
Integrating our services with third-party components (payment systems, cloud services, SaaS solutions)
Collaborating closely with other engineers and product team members
Development and maintenance of domain microservices (REST API, consumers, service workers, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of relevant backend work experience
Experience working with AMQP, Key-Value storage
Good knowledge of SQL, Golang and Docker/Kubernetes.
Decent understanding of backend components, such as caches, networks, load balancers, CDNs, etcс
Ability to build secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant software
Understanding clean code and software documentation importance
Ability to work and be flexible in a fast pace environment
