HappyRobot is a platform for building and deploying AI workers that automate communication, primarily targeting the logistics industry. They connect AI workers to systems for handling phone calls, emails, and messages related to freight. The company has raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and is growing rapidly. They seek a Senior Backend Engineer to maintain thousands of concurrent AI agents, auto-scale deployments, architect fault-tolerant infrastructure, and automate testing procedures, with a strong interest in AI.
Must Have:
  • Keep thousands of concurrent AI agents talking with minimal latency.
  • Auto-scale AI deployments efficiently.

About the Role

  • You’ll keep thousands of concurrent AI agents talking on the phone with minimal latency.
